UCIBIO and LAQV members, in collaboration with LIP and CNCA, will instruct a hands-on course tailored for researchers who are interested in starting projects that require high computational power. The course will teach how artificial intelligence works together with classical HPC in order to understand, design, and control biomolecular systems with unprecedented precision.
The course will cover the following modules:
OPTIONAL Module 0:
Introduction to job submission (29 Jan, 10:00 - 12:00)
(required module for users who don't have any knowledge about using a cluster for job submission)
Online hands-on tutorial in which users will learn how to use the CNCA and BSC AI services.
