How to get to the venue

The event will take place at:

The hotel is located in the Campo Grande area, very close to Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), with excellent access by metro, bus, train, and car.

 

✈️ Arriving by plane

The nearest airport is Humberto Delgado Lisbon Airport (LIS), located approximately 3 km from the hotel.

🚇 Metro

The easiest and most affordable way to reach the hotel is by metro:

1. 1. Follow the signs to the “Aeroporto” metro station (Red Line).

   2. Take the metro towards São Sebastião.

   3. Change for green line at Alameda.

   4. Exit at Campo Grande (green and yellow lines).

   5. The hotel is approximately a 5-minute walk from the station.

 

The metro operates daily from approximately 06:30 to 01:00.

🚌 Bus

Several bus lines connect the airport to the Campo Grande area near the hotel:

Suggested route from the airport

1. 1. Walk from the airport terminal to one of the nearby bus stops:

      • Aeroporto (Chegadas) or

      • Av. Berlim (Aeroporto)

   2. Take any of the available buses towards Campo Grande.

   3. Exit at Campo Grande (Norte) or Campo Grande (Metro)

   4. Walk approximately 5–15 minutes to the hotel.

 

Typical journey time is around 20–30 minutes depending on traffic conditions.

🚕 Taxi / Uber / Bolt

Taxis, Uber, and Bolt services are available outside the airport terminal.

The journey to the hotel takes approximately 10 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

 

🚆 Arriving by train + metro

Gare do Oriente

Participants arriving at Oriente Train Station can easily reach the hotel by metro:

• • Take the Red Line at Oriente towards São Sebastião.

  • Change for green line at Alameda.

  • Exit at Campo Grande (green and yellow lines)

  • The hotel is within walking distance from the station

Oriente Station receives national and international train services, including Alfa Pendular and Intercidades connections.

Santa Apolónia Station

If arriving at Santa Apolónia Train Station you can easily reach the hotel by metro:

• • Use the Blue Line metro at Santa Apolónia until Baixa-Chiado.

  • Connect to green line towards Campo Grande (green and yellow lines)

  • Alternatively, taxis and ride-sharing services are available outside the station

 

🚗 Arriving by car

The hotel offers convenient access to Lisbon’s main road connections, including:

• • E1 / Segunda Circular

  • A1 motorway (North) ~3h from Porto and ~4h from Guimarães

  • A2 motorway (South) ~3h from Faro

The drive from the airport to the hotel takes approximately 5–10 minutes. 

Parking

The hotel provides on-site parking for guests and visitors, subject to availability. Participants who want to park inside the hotel, must send car details in advance to the event organisers. We only have 2 car spaces available. All the others using car parking lot at the hotel will be charged 16€/day. In front of the hotel, there are carparks ~3€/day.
